Dream Home
Coming from an 1800s farmhouse, these clients needed a 1-story home where they could age-in-place. However, they didn't want to lose the character and warmth old homes have. This was achieved through the use of finishes which offer the feel of an older home, all while being mindful of what the clients futures could hold.

Remodel
This remodel was all focused on the river. The client wanted to flip the house, while updating and brightening up the space. This was achieved through a small reorganization of the first level, along with vaulting the ceilings to the second floor and adding a dormer. The space now feels larger, brighter and is more functional with a direct flow to the outdoors.
